Credit card

You accept to authorize the ticket issuer to bill your credit card for the amount indicated under the total balance payable. The name on the tickets must be the same as the name of the credit card holder.

Passports/visas/health condition required

You are responsible for making sure that your passport, visa and health condition meet the requirements of the region you want to visit and the regions in which you will be stopping (even for plane changes). Several countries require a valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in the country. We bear no responsibility if you are denied boarding or even deported if you failed to comply with these requirements.

Insurance

We recommend that you subscribe to an insurance that covers cancellation, health, luggage, etc.

Cancellation/changes

If you need to change or cancel your trip, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing. Reduced tickets may contain certain restrictions and may be up to 100% non-refundable or non-exchangeable. We bill service charges for any change or cancellation. Beyond our service changes, most airlines have a penalty policy for all flight modifications or cancellations. It is your responsibility to inquire with the appropriate airline to obtain any information concerning flight modification or cancellation. If you are a ticket holder and forget to inform us that you want to cancel your ticket, the case will be dealt with as failure to show up and you may lose all that you have paid.

Governing law

Aller-Retour is subject to the laws of the province of Québec. Any proceedings that may be instituted against Aller-Retour will be before the courts of Québec.

Change in terms and conditions

Aller-Retour reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without your consent or without notice.
